Secretary (Angie): Hello, this is the breakaways customer service department,
I’m Angie, and how may I be of help to you today?
Customer: Hello! In fact you can help me today, I’m in the middle of making a
booking however I would like to ask for a special request.
Angie: Of course, we’re always happy to help, what may the special request be
and may I also ask for your name?
Customer: My names Caroline and we are planning a surprise birthday party for
my daughter and we would like to hold it on your site, ideally I was hoping you
could arrange for us to have accommodation near the beach and ideally away
from other houses so we don’t disrupt the other visitors, would this be possible?
Angie: Yes that’s fne, I’ll have a look if I can fnd anything for you, when are you
planning to visit and what is your preferable type of accommodation?
Customer: Her birthday is on the 17th of February and we were planning to stay
for around 4-6 days and any accommodation is fne as long as we get the whole
place to ourselves.
Angie: Ok, I’ll put you on hold while I have a look... Stay on the phone and I’ll get
back to you shortly.

not around any other visitors just like you asked. The frst one is from February
17th to the 23rd and you would be staying in a 3 bedroom caravan and the second
option is a holiday cottage with 5 bedrooms from February 17 th to the 21st, do any
of these sound of interest to you?
Customer: We defnitely need more than 3 bedrooms as my daughters friends
will be staying with us too; can I ask what the price is for the holiday cottage?
Angie: For 4 nights the price will be £370 and this includes all the entertainment
and games we provide.
