Introduction:
In this assignment it would be described the plan that is needed for the designed
website with the actions that are required after it launch.Those steps are
maintenance and updates,customer feedback, promotion of the website, security of
ICT systems, business continuity plans and typical costs of maintaining the
website.Furthermore i would explain why it is important for an organisation to follow
those steps.
Maintenance and updates of the website
Maintenance is the process of keeping the website to work well after its lunch
therefore it is including all the technical aspects that has to be taken in
consideration.Those technical aspects includes checking regularly the speed of
upload, accessibility maintenance, performance on different sites and the working
payment system.
Update the website is the process of keeping the website up to date in terms of
changes that happens indoors and outdoors.Therefore all the information from the
website has to be daily updated in terms of appeared changes .As a fact the
information has to be updated and the databases thai is linked to it must be
maintained in order to protect the visitors against frauds and to provide them with the
latest news.In addition by doing regularly updates and maintenance it will ensure
credibility of the website.
It is very crucial to do regular maintenance and updates on the website after its
launch because it has to meet the requirements and apply to the standard in terms of
its appearance and changes that could happen during the year therefore all the
maintenance and updates needs to be done in order to appeal with the website’s
targeted audience which in my situation are the youngester s between 18 to 28
nyears old.In additional my created website after its launch it has to repeatedly
evolve and develop in order to increase the demands of the targeted market as well
as being in the trend with the new technologies and browsers.
Furthermore updating the information regularly on my website it is very important in
order to build trust and convince my target audience that they are acknowledged first
about the recent changes, news and events that might occur during the all year
around.
