, Voorwoord
Ons is door het bestuur van Koninklijke Elefanti BV (hierna te noemen als Elefanti BV)
verzocht een advies uit te brengen omtrent de overname van FreezeFrame V.O.F (hierna te
noemen als FreezeFrame) door Elefanti BV. Wij willen met dit rapport bereiken dat de
relevante juridische en strategische informatie rondom de overname voor het bestuur helder
en overzichtelijk wordt. Het opstellen van dit rapport is verder voorspoedig verlopen. Niek en
Indie hebben de kernhoofdstukken van het rapport vormgegeven en de onderdelen
daaromheen zijn van de hand van Aleksandra en Maud. Gezamenlijk is het gehele rapport
gestroomlijnd op het gebied van stijl, taal en inhoudelijke correctheid.
Graag willen wij een aantal personen bedanken voor hun bijdrage aan dit rapport. Voor de
informatie over het schrijven van een rapport willen wij de heer J. van Uden bedanken.
